| FeelGood and Icarus @ trees
They fucking sucked ass! Feelgood, got off into a Hip Hop shit spin, when i showed up around 10:30, then Icarus, tried some shit, I myself, personally think he sucks, so what if he is a local, that doesnt make him good!. Anyways, the crowd wasnt impressive, neither was the amosphere, more of a segregated few cliques. got the gangsta, bad boys to the right of the stage, then the drunks upstairs, a few party kids down on the floor, and then the preppy fucks to the left near the door. It wasnt worth the 20 bux i dished out for me and my girl.

I totally respect that, everyone is entitled to their own opinions, I myself love Kid Icarus, but ya know, what ever floats your boat. | |

I thought last nite at Feelgood was amazing. After going through the normal pre-party rituals I got into the club and the first thing that hit me was the atmosphere. I think Trees is a great venue, and promoters, consider this place for your events. Way better than most places here, I mean security was even cool. It's dark, but not too much, so its kinda a bit wharehousish in there. Nice. Trees also wasn't lying when they said they spent a lot of cheese on a sound system. My ears are still ringin a bit. That thing hits hard *and clean*. But, I only saw the last like 30 minutes of Icarus' set, wish I could've seen more. Promoters need to book this guy later on in the nite. I think a lot of people miss him. Anyhow, he was rockin it, as usual. Dj Feelgood was also a very wikid dj. He did a lot of tricks that were just phat. He played some very funky house that was almost disco, which isnt really my style, but he added his own touches and "technics" to it and it was tite. I also had about 40 cds handed out. So if you got a cd called "Tha Hard Kind" thats my cd. Techno and Trance. If ya heard it or got a copy, post, pm, or email me for booking or comments, any feedback, bad or good, is appreciated. Well, props to Full Acess and Trees for throwing a great X-mas party. |

ERIC.. wtf is wrong with you??? you didn't know feelgood is a tall asian guy that spins 2step?? </sarcasm> house drip.. feelgood didnt drop any hip hop until the end of the night.. i'm tryin to think of how i can put this without being a total asshole.. it goes like this feelgood is one talented mofo.. and if you couldnt even tell who he was or even know what genre of music he spins.. how are you going to come on here and bash him?
