WOW,SHIT,DOPE,PHIT,FOR SHIZZLE MY NIZZLE FOR RIZZLE..................... oh excuse me,since thats out of the way. great concert and venue. 311 threw down a bunch of the "old work" that gets everyone pumped. everyone seemed to be on key and having a great time up there. 9 of 10 <----would be a 10 but nicks vocals were a bit drowned out. This new venue "next stage" was great! They had a no smoking rule there and they would only give ya drinks in plastic cups. This is great because there were no beer bottles everywhere and I didn't walk out of the place stinking and with sore throat. Very clean place with very enjoyable staff. venue gets 10 of 10 The highlight of the night for me was watching DJ P go to work! That boy is a BADASS!!!!!!!!!!!! He was mixing heavy metal,old school hip hop,alternative,and pop all together with ease and still laying down a sweet scratching demonstration. Oh yeah, also playing around with a synth/drum machine. His juggling skills were off the freaking chains,I was going nuts watching him work his magik on those 1200's! 15 of 10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! toal event 10 of 10 great use of 40 bones! -jg

yes!!! 311 rocked it!!!!!!! and it was EXTREMELY cool to see D.J.P. rock it out in between bands, not only here, BUT THIS FOOL IS ON TOUR WITH 311!!!!!! i remember seeing him at the bronco bowl a few times..... great show, nuff said!! |
