to everybody who came out & braved the dark nite. Nice crowd & high vibe. love to miss windy for cheap drinks & my fav comfy bar crave.

music from all the djs was excellent. great track selection makes a huge difference. the art looked fab (my favorite was the illuminated gas mask made by my sweety).

deeply enjoyed the performance art. windy and her pyro-hotness really got everyone's attention for the next performer. Raven proceeded to put needles through his skin. 7 places from forehead, face, neck, chest & abdomen.

ouch i hate needles, but it was fascinating to watch.

boo on the bad guys for ruining my good mood by jacking me & my friend. but i got plans for those biatches.

more on the "escort posse" later. strength in numbers. fuck all those punk-asses.

d.verz will continue in deep ellum. we will not live in fear. anyways, we've done shows in worse neighborhoods. i just think its time for us to come together as a community & do something simple to make us feel safer.

deeply ironic that our benefit for the guys that got robbed ended with me & my girl getting mugged.

darkness is always attracted to positive energy. but i won't let it keep us down.

Aeeii, man i didnt know that happened. glad you guys came out of it unscathed though.

man, for the short time i was there it had so much fun. i could not stop smiling and boucing around from place to place. i think i sat down once. On the way home (which was regretfully early) i started thinking "wow... so many people showed up"

then just busted out into happy tears "SO MANY PEOPLE SHOWED UP!!" granted, its never a good idea to cry while you're driving but its not one of those things you can control very easily.

wish i could have stayed longer. =]
