SOrry I missed SWEET but I just had to see him spin. WHen I got to the club it seemed kinda dead at first but after awhile it got crazy. SOme dude was trying to break but was sucking like a lemur. A lemur is one of those fishes thats like black and sucks for those of you that don't know and if you go into a chinese restaurant and see the fish tank you will prolly see it. Well he ended up having a lotof people wanting to kick his ass and me and Curtis held a lot of people back cuz he was gonna get dropped. Then after that people started dancing and the DJ was doing what he had to do. Then when I walk into the main room I see Keoki throwing down some badass tracks. He didn't spin a flawless set I'll say that but he spun a variety. HE got the crowd involved at some points and was spinning with one hand. HE spun atleast a 2 hour set I got my ten dollars worth thats for sure. THen when he was done I went back into the main room ready to dance some more. THen afterawhile I see KEoki standing near the front entrance. SO I was like Curtis and we were looking for a pen so he could sign something. THen we go up to him he had marker and signed our visors. He was acted cool as hell not messed up on drugs as some would assume he was. I shook his hand and went back to dancing. A lot of people don't like him because they believe the hype on how he is always messed up on drugs. I believe people can change. For those of you who might talk shit to me on how can a person like his spinning well my answer to that is I'm an individual that like his own shit. Not labled as Jaded or even as a raver. I'm not gonna say if you missed it you missed out all I'm gonna say is I had fun.

Okay....I'll forgive you. I already saw Keoki once almost a year ago and wasn't too impressed. That's why I didn't care to go. I'm glad you had fun though and even got to meet him. But you need to get to Sweet sometime! I wuz there and you and Curtis were not!  ps....which means your bitch azzes will not be in the pics that get posted. SO THERE! thhpptt!

Yeah, I went last night. I thought it was a pretty good set, at least compared to some of the big name DJs that go out and just play intros. He actually mixed it up some, got ppl to move. Worth 10. I also saw alot of ppl just freakdancing, which is fine for a rap or r&b club, but for something like that? I guess whatever floats your boat. At first, there seemed to be just a few ppl dancing in the side room, and finally alot of ppl got moving once Keoki got on. All in all, a good night.

yeah me and dribbles(tony) got to the lizard lounge(hell) at about 10:30-11 ish and tony was right it was dead as fuck.... i looked at him and he was like.... "we should have went to sweet" i just nodded and said "yep" but we were already there so we decided to make the best of the situation video bar * i like the video bar area b/c of the ppl well some of them we know some ppl by face and not name which is so funny b/c they always say "hey whats up you" and you like sup fool ! but the night started off slow until our friends got there... then some dude started pushing this girl and all hell broke loose i felt bad for the poor buy b/c like 18 dudes were all over him in a matter of seconds including the girls boyfriend(doug) then planojungle showed up and we all had fun......... also our friend this girl that dance pop-lock showed up with her b/f they are cool as fuck.... i saw some old friends there from school and we danced and shit some my ex- (chi) she was looking cute.. we danced then keoki came on..... Ke0ki he was into the crowed he jumped right into his set no-problem... the crowed started moving and shaking(offbeat) for some reason the ppl there like to freakdance manly b/c most of them are rolling and cant do much else.........but keoki did throw down a mean ass set and to top it off we (dribbles and me ) got his autograph and he was even watching us dance after his set in the videobar... after tony got his auto graph he did this funny " i am happy i got keoki's autograph dance" it was fucking a riot ! hahhahaha and then we went to IHOP ! chilled and the ppl that work there are cool too.......then i went to the house and fell asleep not a bad night |

A lemur is a monkey-like animal that is indigenous to Madagascar (island off southeast coast of Africa). The sucky fish you describe are either lampreys or plecos. Just edumacatin...

| Oh yeah...
and I was thoroughly impressed by what I saw of keoki... all 30 minutes or so. I was not expecting much but was impressed by his genuine sound and energy. He had a very good aura about him that night... looked clean to me.

I didn't get there until about 1:20. I was over in that area to keoki's left. I only stopped in for a quick look-see since the chick I was with had her name on the guest list so we didn't have to pay. Woulda stayed longer but she had to be somewhere at 2:30. Sorry I sold you out on Sweet, but this chick is totally kick-ass... I'm sure you understand. Are you gunna make an appearance at Epik's party this Friday? We'll hafta meetup for sure if you do.
