the place is nice, and the dj that was on when i got there was spinning DnB and im not a huge DnB fan but it was alright... light crowd maybe 25-35 people....

heres the bad stuff...

I dont know who he is or how long hes been spinning but good lord the DJ that went on after the DnB DJ, HAS to be the WORST DJ ive ever heard... in the electronic music scene a bad mix is offten referd to as a train wreck... this not only was a train wreck but it was a train full of nuclear waste, headed for a bus full of disabled kids stuck on the tracks, over water, with a bunch of nuns trying to push the bus out of the way but they dont quite make it...

Im not mean and im really open minded but serriously... DONT SPIN IN FRONT OF PEOPLE IF YOUR NOT GOOD practice at home will the beats sound like 1 beat all the way thru the set...

If they are looking for fort worth to make an electronic music come back this isnt the way to do it...

If your intrested in DJ's that can beat match and even draw a crowed i would be more than happy to set it up seeing as how i live closer to fort worth and would love to see more electronic music close to me...

i agree.. the place is very nice. it has alot of potential. what i hated is the watered down drinks..$2 wells but more coke then alcohol.

ill prob chekc out again next week

I enjoyed it.. I'll def be back next week. I just hate it that I cant ever stay out too late.. corporate life.. I gots work the next day. If you can do better, bring it.. Im sure they wouldnt mind.

thats it no other feedback... so should i bring a few djs with me next time or what and IF i bring them are they going to get to spin or just bare witness to the tragedy that IS thrusday night @ the pig?

he guy was pretty awfull. We left shortly after his attempt at spinning. what do your friends spin anyway?

hey peeps.

i ain't the guy to talk to about booking any trance at the pig.

i do the drum and bass. one of the other guys is doing the trance bookings. i played first this past time so none of you cats were there to know this. come talk to me this week and i'll put you at the guy you'll need to talk to. i'm bringing sound up there now, so i'll be there all night, and spinning jazz & atmo d&b from 11-12 this week.

and save your friends arms and have him leave his bag at home. as far as i know, there aren't open decks.

but find me this week. i'll intro you to the trance guys.
