Just got home from Heaven and it was......well, exactly that....heaven.
Lots of good sets were thrown down last night/this morning. The night started off with DJ Nano, whom I had never heard spin before, and he did a great job.
The next DJ I remember was Shard. He plays breaks and he threw down some wicked tracks with equally impressive mixing skills. Stand out tracks from his set were a couple of the Adam Freeland tracks he threw down, 7 and We Want Your Soul...what can I say, I still like that one. He was the perfect lead in for the next DJ, St. Blaize.
Those of you that have seen her before know she is bad ass, and those of you that haven't yet...you need to. She knows how to work the floor and she plays some sick sick sick rekkids. She put together a great set, had everyone grooving on the floor.
Next up was Jeremy Lewallen throwing out some banging UKHH and hard trance. Sno White was supposed to tag with him, but apparently she got hung up somewhere beforehand and didn't make it till Jeremy was a little over half way thru his set. I *think* Sno has promised a make up set next week, so I'm definitely looking forward to that.
Next up was one of Epiks own, Rx. Once again, for those of you that have seen him before, you know the skills he brings to the decks. He took the mood from great to unbelievable. Flawless mixing, flawless track selection, and did I mention he can tweak the hell out of a mixer.....why yes he can.
And of course everyone that made it out had a great time....really good crowd this weekend.

I tell you what.. I have realized that the crowd that frequents Heaven... well... I have never seen these people before in my life! Thus... they are NOT DDM'ers. It's a cool crowd though! Always up for it!


Oh, and to everyone who knows my husband Trent Simon... hee-hee... I tell you what... he has a clan following up at Heaven... those kiddos would take him home and lock him away if they could!

I keep missing St Blaize just barely. I always make it out to parties she plays at, but I miss her set somehow. I wish I had been able to come last night.

And yeah, RX is the friggin man!! He seriously knows how to throw down some damn good trance! And do it quite well if you ask me!

I still haven't seen Jeremy Lewallen either. I've seen him around. I know who he is, just haven't caught him behind the decks yet.

I can imagine it was a pretty good party last night. Too bad I couldn't make it.

No big deal....I know there was probably a cinnamon roll somewhere calling your name.
I hate to say it, but I think you may have missed a pretty good set, I literally had people asking me if I had any demos with me the whole time I was on the tables. I think I'm gonna have to have allot ready for next weekend....
