Feel

I'm sorry if the event did not live up to your expectations. . .we did everything we wanted and could to make a show (in our eyes) good.

it never fails, promoters can not satisfy everyone. you win some, you lose some. all you can do is try better next time.

and yes, this was our first show in texas. we've been throwing parties in louisiana since 1998.

once again, i'm sorry if there were a bunch of you that were unhappy with the event (next time, please be a bit nicer. seeing a post about how "this and that sucked my balls" doesn't make you feel too good about yourself. :/ )

and for those who enjoyed themselves....thanks!!!

you did your best.... if all the DJs showed up that is a big thing these days, so pat yourself on your back. You can't please everyone. I wasn't there, but from what it sounds like most people didn't like certain DJs which is your fault.

So, big props for pulling it off with no major problems.

I hope to make the next party!

The party rocked...

The lighting crew on the main stage- AM productions- kicked ASS!!!! I got their card for some future events.

And the lineup was solid. MMM, Spacegirl (WAHOO!!!), Juan Atkins.... Icarus.... Stryfe.... E.P...... Special J....

You guys threw a nice one... but next time... could you get them to let us bring in at least CDs? I had 15 demos that I had to leave in the car because the b-bowl security guy was a schlepo.

But all in all... the party rocked... when is the next one?

Then stay in Louisiana - if you are not from dallas then why try to throw parties here. Why go outside your barriers. We are not Houston we do not appreciate people from other scenes coming in and making things bad.

Dood thats the dumbest thing I have ever heard, it doesnt matter where theyre from, as long as they can please us and bring us really good music, then its all good.

FEEL was not even comparable to cyberfest/coolworld's fuckup. Personally, i had alot of fun at this party and i think it went off pretty smooth, probably the only party besides a prototype party at BB that ive enjoyed. So, ya, go ahead and try to compare it to cyberfest..i seriously cant think of one thing that was that fucked up. The DJ's showed up, the lighting kicked ass, there werent cops everywhere, didnt have to walk 12 miles to the venue, all in all, i say big ups to Children of the Bass...you guys did awesome!!!

People bitch about parties in Dallas and how they suck. Then this outside company comes in and tries and as far as I can tell threw a good party. All the DJs showed up. There weren't any broken promises. People just didnt like the DJ's sets or the how the line up was set up. Well, Whaaaah! Get over it. That is rude to tell them to leave. You can not even compare this party to cyberfest. Jesus!

I personally like having something different as long as its done right. If they take the right legal precautions, more power to them!

Ryan, it's no secret that I am not a big fan of the "massive" either, but I have played at hundreds of events in my life and I have to say that COTB threw what I consider to be one of the most professional events I have had the pleasure of performing at. I was paid on time, treated with respect, given VIP treatment, I was fed, and they had my pass and my guest ticket waiting for me when I walked in the door. Great lighting, all the DJ's showed up, and everyone I met that was part of COTB was overly polite. I think Dallas promoters should take a good look at how these guys do things and try to mimic alot of what they do cause they do alot of things right. Props go to out to COTB. Wish there where more like you here. If this city had promoters like you from the start, maybe Dallas wouldn't be in such the mess it is and people like Ryan wouldn't be so bitter.

BTW Ryan, I'm not coming down on you. I know where your coming from. I normally feel the same as you on this issue but take my word, these cats where on top of their game. Peace.
