If you say it properly, just one "Wow" is good enough. Try ending the word with a much lower tone than when you started, and put a lot of emphasis on there being a period at the end of the word.

but adding the "just wow" seems to be somewhat improper. If its just "wow", isnt adding the additional "just wow" more than is implied in the first place?
