well said.

i had a pretty high metabolism and could eat whatever i wanted. about 2 years ago, i had to start watching what and how much i ate.

there's a pic of chloe harris and i where i look like a total fatty.

that was my motivation to get me back to where i want to be.

just recently, i started doing some daily exercises and i have to admit i dig where i'm at right now. it's my abs i need to work on.

it's almost to the point of obession now though.

which scares me.

HAHA.....my metabolism works like a champ. Man I can eat a tub of Blue Bell ice cream and a whole bag of Doritos before I go to bed and I will wake up hungry and 2lbs lighter. It's not cool actually....I can't gain weight to save my life
