My bf is up to 15%..Need to get it down to 8 or 9. Everyday next to my desk is a basket full of chocolates.. Lil Hersheys, Mr Goodbars, Snickers, and Twixs... I Wanna eat like five!

Just go do some more cardio man! Gosh. I do about 10-12 hours of cardio a week... I get to eat just about anything I want. Although, eating out 2 times a day for a week straight did put 4 pounds on me. Which I lost in about 4 days. HA! Yep, it's only 10:30 AM, and I have already eaten: 1 breakfast sandwhich and 2 biscuits with white gravy on top I'm carb loading early for my 10 mile run (aka: 2 hours of running) that starts at 6:00 PM. Yep... I fucking LOVE being an endurance athlete. Life is good. Oh yea, back to you... give the chocolate away. Problem solved.

I just started on a daily cardio program at the gym. Im just not sure on how fast the results are. I'm only familiar with strength training.Only cardio I had before was basketball. I like the stepping-nordi-track-ski-like thingy.. Its cool. I feel like a faget though cause I cant stay on as long as some of the ladies in there.

That shit is hard core. Its hillarious because I used to do 45 minutes with no problems and now-a-days I can only do about 15 minutes and I'm dying the whole time. You can do it. I start small and work myself up each time I'm on there. I also try to keep at it at least 4-5 times a week. It makes a difference. I'm just now starting to feel up to swimming again. I've been too sick for too long and I'm tired of this shit. But, I need to research what I can and can not do. I know that I can walk, swim and do prego-yoga, but I'm not sure about anything else. Any mom's out there want to share their workout routine when prego? Oh and Karen - I love you, but you make me sick!

run four miles every day. lift a few weights here and there. try to stay active during the day -- whatever it might be. cleaning, walking around the bookstore, grocery shopping...anything. eat & drink whatever i want to. never gain a pound.
