are too lazy to do simple tasks that they know would piss them off if they came upon them.

im out with ariel today and she asks to stop at target to grab something. just gonna be a minute so i wait out in the car.

i see this woman load her suv up with stuff she just bought and leave the cart literally right between her truck and the car to the right side of her. she leaves and not but about 30 seconds later a gust of wind comes and rolls the cart across the spot and it hits the car that was to her left pretty hard. hard enough to certainly leave a dent or a heavy scratch.

now shes not sporting a super lux suv but it also its some junky pos. i know she would have been pissed if that had happened to her so why not just roll the cart to the little pens they put out in the lots??!! its was only 4 spots away from hers.

i just dont get why people are so lazy and inconsiderate about the simplest of tasks when if it was turned around to affect them they would be royally pissed.

What I really hate are the people who leave the shopping cart in the LINE... and there are people in the LINE BEHIND them.

So... the person behind them has to move their cart. Fuckers.

I either:

1) Leave the cart where it is and walk past it. or
2) Push the cart out of the check out line and say loudly how RUDE some people are leaving their cart for others to move.

it's really bad in denton at popular grocery stores and *ahem* big box discount retailers. NOBODY puts their cart away. guess it's someone else's job. drives me INSANE.

when i was 14 i was a bag boy at a kroger. one of my co-workers stopped a cart from hitting a ferrari. the guy gave him $50 bucks right there on the spot. where is shopping cart boy when you need him!!??

Cpl years ago I was leaving the grocery store and the exit was down a hill. I looked in my rear view mirror as I was pulling out and saw a shopping cart go cruising past my bumper missing me by just a cpl feet. I was turning right and the cart took a left and went zippin' down the street going against traffic.

Made a clean getaway!

I wanted to see what happened to it, but I was busy trying not to hit any cars myself. lol

Those same types of things piss me off too.

I think most people these days, AND ESPECIALLY IN DALLAS, have no consideration for anyone except themselves or those directly associated with them. I always try to live by the 'do unto others rule'. Everyone's human, but there are so many small things that matter more than the big ones, and people seem to be too self-consumed to notice them.

And like I said, ESPECIALLY in this city. One of the big factors in my wanting to leave soon.

I either:

when someone leaves the cart in the line, i just move it for them without even thinking about it. there are better things in the world to be worried about.

now if someone leaves a cart in the parking lot without putting it in the cage then i'll go ahead and move it for them but that bothers me a little more.
