she really needs to deal with her rage/anger issues.....it's frustrating sometimes.....the problem is: she doesn't deal well with confrontation, so she lets her negative feelings build up....rather than talk about the problem with the people involved (coworkers, babysitter, etc.), she comes home and tells me all about how she wants to punch them in the throat and laugh at them, and so on....i just wish she would grow up.
