Seriously, the WORST fucking airline ever.

I have used them for the last tro flight I have taken, and both times it was complete shit. The first time, I can understand blizzards..etc etc...but this time, they offered no reason as to why my flights kept getting delayed, by hours and hours. Not a drop of rain in Atlanta, or in Tampa when I landed...yet I didnt get in until like 2:30 a.m.

They over booked the flight out of atlanta by like 15 passengers....as im getting on the plae, an announcement comes over the radio: WE have SEVERAL double books here, so is someone is sitting in your seat..everyon just grab the nearest one, and we try and get those remaining out on the next flight of there choice...first thing in the morning.

Seriously, can you get any more unprofessional.....may as well said: Its a free for all game of musical chairs everyone...if you dont get a seat you gotta wait 7 hours...ready...set and GO.

/lame.

Moral of the story; Spend an extra $50-70.00's and go with a descent airline.

Sidenote: I did complain..and I got a free round trip to anywhere in the U.S. So, I will more than liekly subject myself to there crap one more time...all in the name of a free round trip. lol...bastards

I just flew to Florida on Airtran. The only complaint I have is that in order to pick your seats, you have to pay extra, which means if you don't pay the extra to choose your seats, you could be stuck anywhere on the plane, which means you may not even sit with the people you booked your flight with.

I was amused at their little pretzel bags though. They say something to the effect of "eat these cheap pretzels as a reminder of how cheap your airfare was."

A little advice, its not just them all airlines cancel tons of flights every day. That is not an indication of wheather they are good airline, the indication is what they will do for you when they cancel or delay a flight. Thats the real testiment.

And chances are if you flew airtran you got your ticket super cheap soo you get what you pay for!!!
