It's an everyday thing for me. I'll lay there for hrs, staring at my ceiling fan until I finally meet Mr. Coco. The drinking method never fails though.....

A good book is a great way to relax the mind before bed, also if you can fall asleep with music try some Enigma or Yuhki Kuramotto, very easy listening, I fall asleep in 5min...but from time to time a glass of red wine always does the job.

If you want to try natrual sleeping solution than go with Valerian root or perhaps melotonin, both can be found at gnc (i used to work there) Ive never tried it myself but a lot of costumers were very pleased with it.

Best advice in this thread. After 8-12 hour work day and a 1 hour work out with no nap I have no problem passing out at the end of the day. I take a nap tho Ill be rolling around trying to go to sleep for like 2 hours. Of course I rarly have time for a nap.

Drinking usually makes my insomnia worse. I'll pass out but then wake up a few hours later. I've been in bad shape this week from being keyed up from worm. I took two Ambien on 6 beers last night around 9 and woke up at 3am and never went back to sleep.
