18 hour shifts

Fuck, I drew for 18 hours straight yesterday and didn't get home from work until after 4am. Then of course I had trouble sleeping so I'm really only going on about 5 hours of good deep sleep. That's the bad part about it really. I don't mind the work so much as the not being able to turn off my brain from running it so hard for so long. Oh well, I'm off today and then have a four weekend coming up and I still love my new job.

here's a tip. Masking tape to hold the old peepers open. It works. Only adverse side affect is sandpaper eyes.

I normally am a 9-6'er but we had three deadlines this week that all hit today. I'm just glad they gave me the day off. I called up there just now and was told that it's still a little nuts up there but that everything is fine.

I like MSNBC, what usually puts me to sleep is CSPAN.

Turn on CSPAN and I'll be nodding off like a freshly fixed heroin junky in a matter minutes.

Sometimes when I am watching my nephews (6 & 10) I'll threaten to turn CSPAN on if they don't behave. They usually straighten up. lol.
