I want a milkshake... but I hate leaving my office building. I have to go down 10 stories... then down 3 stories to a parking garage... then up 3 levels to get out. Too much effort. I'm tired too. I need to swim tonight... I don't want to swim tonight. UGH! Really don't want to go. *Yawn* BLAH!

It's Wed. All I want to do is go home and sit on the couch. I NEED to run 6 miles tonight... but I'm making deals in my head... "Go home and rest, run Friday instead before your swim"... "Only run 3-4 miles instead of 6. Screw running that far". BLAH! I want to REST! Shit. My freaking coach doesn't believe in rest days... it SUCKS! I have already sent him a serious email about us needing to change my training plan... and giving me REST DAYS. Fuck.

Yea I pay him. He is an online coach, out of CA. He is a certified USAT coach and also does face-to-face coaching. I basically pay for him to send me my training plan for the week. By doing this, I'm pushed to do more and I have structure to my Half Ironman and starting January 2008, Ironman training. He knows what I need to do each week to achieve my fitness goals... whereas I would probably just skip a lot of workouts if I did it on my own.
