geez, i think i must have woken up on the wrong side of the bed this morning. i am in one HELL of a bad mood! so tempted to go off on the next customer who calls and either sounds stupid or asks a stupid question. maybe it was b/c of all the stupid customers yesterday. i swear, i must have done this about a hundred times:

"Thank you for calling Eurway Dallas, how may I direct your call?"

"Yeah, is this the Eurway in Dallas?"

"Yes it is."
