jesus, theres a girl here at work who is OBSESSED about her weight. i'm talking calorie counting, soy everything, and even takes weight loss pills. on any given day she eats raisins, nuts, yogurt, a salad with no meat, and drinks coffee like its going out of style. thats fine you know, kudos to her for eating healthy but shit i get tired of hearing her complain about how hungry she is. i don't get how she doesn't understand that she's not eating ANYTHING that will stay with her for a few hours. just now she's complaining that her stomach is hurting real bad. so i asked her what she has eaten today:

"egg whites and a piece of toast (pre-workout), yogurt, raisins, mixed nuts, and a smoothie. but the smoothie was filling."

so i tell her yeah until an hour from now when she pisses it all out and her stomach is empty again.

there's a girl here at my work that has the same diet. I have more protein by 11am than she has in two days.
