on my dvr the info on my guide doesnt work right sometimes because "they are working on the problem" and I have to reset the box by pushing vol- ; vol+ and info together and wait five mins to find out what time college football games start on saturday. and their pay per view selection sucks balls.

i have regular cable with TWC and they reset the stations a few weeks back and took away every good channel except for Discovery... so basically i pay them for just one channel, the rest is shiiiiiiiit

if i gave a shit about tv i'd sign up for the u-verse thing with AT&T but i don't so this is fine.. it's only $13 a month

Yea my TWC DVR SUCKS ASS!

You can't record one show and watch another. You have to watch the show you are recording. That blows.

Otherwise, the lady in collections who was working on finding my $120 payment for September... was nice, but dumb as a box of rocks.

It turns out though that my bank mis-keyed my account number and thus my Sept. payment didn't make it to TWC.
