Every fucking time I go into the restroom at work, I face the decision on which stall to enter to take a doodie. Regardless of my choice, there is always a dropping from the beast before me left floating in its own self decaying brownish green dissolve.

Because it has nothing to do with the inability to flush a toilet. People with CP still function like human beings, but it is just harder for them. I mean you could take an extreme case where all four limbs are affected and possibly they wouldn't have the ability to flush unassisted, but hardly is that the situation.
