HELLO!
Shit isn't my damned fault.
If I am not trained correctly that is not my fault.
If something is done wrong 3 times and not corrected how the heck am I supposed to even know it is wrong? HELLO she is checking my work!
There isnt even an SOP!

I work at a family owned and operated company.. we just started a completely new computer software system.

This guy trained us for.. like an hour on the whole thing

Basically.. shit is crazy, no SOP at all..
To top it all off, I have 3 guys in our dept that have a centuries worth of experience b/w them.. in other words THEY'RE FUCKING OLD AS HELL!!!

So, me being the fastest learner there.. I'm a bit frustrated, aggravated, irritated...
Thankfully, they are giving me a raise in January otherwise I'd be seriously looking elsewhere...

Training is a joke here. They just expect you to figure it out on your own.
