 | UNT Profs, Advisors, & just about everybody else
man they are fucking pricks. i was told today by my advisor that asking a professor if they can put me in a class that is full is "annoying" and they hate that. i asked if it would be okay to ask them to put me on a waiting list and i was told that basically talking them for any reason is annoying to them because they are busy with research and other things. evidently professors are not there for students to talk to. every fucking thing i asked my advisor got met with a shitty attitude. i asked her why there were only 4 available upper level classes for my major available next semester and she said that she had no control over which classes were available and to get over it. yeah bitch, i fucking KNOW you don't have control but maybe you could explain to me how the fuck i'm supposed to get my degree when you don't have enough classes available to satisfy the degree requirements. damn, they just really pissed me off today. they have ONE section open for this class which they allowed 35 students into. i asked if they'd open up another section and they said no. i asked if they would put me on a waiting list and they said no. it's the only fucking class that fits into my schedule that i can take that's a degree requirement and i can't get into it. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR buncha fucking asshole!

those people at UNT couldn't run a fucking wienie roast. just wait till graduation. they lump everybody together... the invites go out to be there at 11am or whatever... your "school" may not walk till 6pm and yet your grandparents sitting in Depends Diapers came at 11am. they expect everybody to sit and wait 8 hrs. fuck that school.

One of my Profs at UNT is great. He wants people to come to him with any questions. Sometimes Profs do not care if you pass or fail. My Prof wants everyone to pass b/c it shows he did a great job. Fuck the advisor & go to the teacher.

don't take that shit, ask the teacher anyways. i never had a teacher turn me down if i asked nicely and explained my situation. advisors are idiots anyways, usually students who couldn't get a job after they graduated. lol.

I dont see why you are being so polite about this. Your spending THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS as a customer to purchase products from them. You pay enough money to be a dick and treat them like shit right back, hell if I was in your situation I would switch schools and finish my degree with another university that isn't staffed with ass hats.

if you're in the college of arts and sciences, try julie as an advisor. tell her i sent ya. she's awesome, super nice, super helpful. i've sent many a disgruntled student to her over the years, all without complaint.
