Driving to Houston and back today...ugh
taking my dogs and pet rats down to Cory to watch them while I'm in Holland, then driving way back up here to get ready to board my flight tomorrow morning. What is that, like 9-10 hours of driving in one day? geez.
Oh, and when I get back, I get to make the drive all over again to get my pets

I have to do that once ever 6 weeks to take my son to a specialist down there. It sucks I leave around 5:30am and get home about 5:30pm..

That drive isn't bad. I actually like it. Relaxing.

When you get to Centerville (exactly half-way), exit and go to the gas station on your right. It's a country store too. They have the best Jerky in the world as well as TONS of snacks and goodies.


If you go about 70, you will make it there in about 4 1/2 hours.

i know exactly the place you are talking about. Used to get jerky there often.

I'll be gone for over 10 days, so a pet boarding place will cost a fortune compared to the gas I'll be spending. And I don't think a pet boarding place will take in my pet rats. lol
