yeah, i tried to inquire about internet from them a few weeks ago and had the same experience. Never even got it installed, although they sent me a box full of shiz. Not sure why.

this will only work for basic cable, but for future reference... if you want to get your money's worth from them: go ahead and order cable internet and tell them you don't want cable tv. see, to have internet, they must give you cable, so when they are installing it, hang out with the dude doing the deed and watch him do his work. half the time they'll put a filter on your cable, but a lot of times they won't. If they do, you've seen how to take it off, if they don't you don't have to do anything and you've got yourself free cable. I think I pay 50 for a 15mbit connection and got tv when I want it.

I cancelled my 1st order b/c they didn't have everything correct. Then the technician knocks on my door. I didn't answer the door so they had a rep call me. There is no need to call me. The order has been cancelled & maybe you should call your technician to tell him. They never contacted me to set up a date to install but they scheduled him to come today. Did I tell them I would be home? NO Then I didn't tell them what boxes I wanted & they would have charged me to bring the correct boxes. bullshit. |

yeah, they called me after I looked them up online, some lady calls and straight away asks for my social security number. I told her I needed to hear a little more about the different plans first. She tells me but I swear she made it up, bc I did not see anything the speeds she mentioned anywhere online. I hang up on her, she calls back, I don't answer. Someone calls the next day, I tell them to remove my num,ber from their list. I get an e-mail with my order confirmation #, I ignore, and tell the rep who calls the next day that I never ordered service from them. FInally, a 4th or 5th rep calls me, and I tell them to Eff Off. Annoying as hell!

bummer, actually my internet went out this weekend and we are thinking TWC aggresiveness might have paid off, since we already have the self install kit, maybe we'll use them? That would mean they have won!
