![]() | See thats the problem with my job, currently we support all 3 tiers. We do random 1st level crap work, 2nd level data sec/infosec work, and 3rd level engineering. So I get to deal with everything. The only thing i dont do is walk over to your desk and plug your mouse back in. Blah

I work with "IT directors" (and I use that term very loosely) to troubleshoot and turn up T1's and voip phones... Honestly I would rather work on tier 1 peon bullshit because the IT directors I deal with are the biggest diptards in the industry.

![]() | hey now, you might be able to help me then. do you know of any bluetooth headsets that work well with voip software? I have a soyo headset that has a bluetooth usb adapter. I can get it to work with the software but it sounds like crap to other people. They hear a hum (kinda like that 60cycle on old phone systems) Sounds fine to me though. Im assuming its just cuz its a cheap headset.
