I had to "restart" so I could successfully log in this morning. If I log off at the end of the day and try to log back in the morning, I get the profile error. If I shut down completely or "restart," I can get in without a problem.

See thats the problem with my job, currently we support all 3 tiers. We do random 1st level crap work, 2nd level data sec/infosec work, and 3rd level engineering. So I get to deal with everything. The only thing i dont do is walk over to your desk and plug your mouse back in. Blah

I work with "IT directors" (and I use that term very loosely) to troubleshoot and turn up T1's and voip phones... Honestly I would rather work on tier 1 peon bullshit because the IT directors I deal with are the biggest diptards in the industry.

hey now, you might be able to help me then. do you know of any bluetooth headsets that work well with voip software? I have a soyo headset that has a bluetooth usb adapter. I can get it to work with the software but it sounds like crap to other people. They hear a hum (kinda like that 60cycle on old phone systems) Sounds fine to me though. Im assuming its just cuz its a cheap headset.

Honestly, I don't know much about anything past the ip... If we can telnet into your phone, it's not our problem
