 | Sudafed PE= Nothing
So I have been havign some major sinus pressure, headaches, etc. I picked up the non psuedoephedrine model of sudafed PE its even called maximum strength. I took it for 3 days and it did nothing, absoltly nothing. Even the ibprofin didnt do shit for my headache. So i went back to buy the hardcore pseudoephedrine model. I hate taking that shit but they said it will work allot better, any suggestions for sinus headache meds? I am about to shove a rod up my nose~!!!

Zyrtek-D or Claritin always did the trick for me and I have some major sinus problems. Have you ever tryed a sinus rinse? The NeilMed brand worked best on my sinuses. They are a bitch, but it's definitely worth going threw if you want to breathe freely.
