We were planning on getting new phones anyway but... It turned off by itself today and will not turn on. It will not even charge. The phone is a FAIL. I will not be able to retrieve any of my #'s b/c it will not turn on.
I think I will get the Centro with Sprint. Does anyone have this phone?

I've got a Centro, and I love it. Sprint is another story, however. I think AT&T has a white one now - you might want to look into that.

Anyway, I ended up getting the Centro as a second choice, since I can't use an iPhone for work (I need to have IR), but I was pleasantly surprised once I got used to it. I really like the mechanical keyboard, as the touchscreen crap on the iPhone sucks with my gorilla fingers. The interface is intuitive and easy to use, and it's proven to be really durable. I'm very hard on phones, and have dropped this one at least 20 times, but other than some minor scuffs it still works great.

The only caveat I'd give you is to not buy the clear hard plastic case with the belt clip thing. It just plain sucks; the clip digs into your waist when you're sitting down, and the case has a nasty habit of popping open with the lightest tap, throwing your phone out at waist level (hence the 20+ drops). The whole case was unusable after about 3 months.

Anyway, get a Centro, you won't regret it.

Thanks! I have heard a lot of complaints about Sprint. I have been their customer for about 7 years now. I do not have any problems with them. I had a few issues but they were resolved.

I dropped my cell phone in the toilet last night. I didn't tell the guys at the Verizon store, though, because then they might not have touched it.
