 | Finals that you know you can't win against
It sucks to know I can't make better than a B in this class. Really, really reallyreallyreally sucks. I have to make a perfect score on the exam and the class average for exams is only 65 right now.

you never know. my first final this week the class average was 75 and I made a 100. Dont second guess yourself!

Yeah, what sucks even more is miscalculating what you think you need to get an A. Thought with a 100 I would have got an A in a class.... Got the 100, but it turns out that was only enough for a 89.1 Oh well... I will take a B.

Geez, what class is that sep? Sounds like my tax class haha Hardest class I've ever taken and it's a junior level....makes my senior level courses look like a cake walk.

No, I was right. The final was hard as shit. I didn't even know HALF the material. There's no way I made an A in that course unless the professor does some kind of CRAZY curve. Fuck online classes. Tax was easy compared to taking statistics online. Of course, I like tax... that's my major.

my cultural anthropology final is coming up monday. The class is great for dscussion but the teacher gets off topic SO MUCH that the tests rarely have anything we actually covered on them. The final is just a longer version of "crap we didn't discuss" =(

fuck online courses, indeed! they're actually MORE work than a regular class, and much less stimulating. you substitute a message board (with required responses) for classroom discussion? please. it's just a university's way of cutting costs, because some underpaid TA gets to run the class instead of someone on salary. my toughest class as an undergrad was algebra. i failed every single test, and had to make a C in order to advance to the next level of math, which i needed for my degree. luckily the prof had a loophole whereby whatever you made on the final, you could make in the class. i studied my ASS off for a solid month for that fucking test, and broke down into tears of joy when i learned i made a C in that class. i made an A in the next math class, "college math with calculus." successfully exorcising my math demon = priceless!
