Weird creaking noises in my ears after working out
So lately I get these little creaking noises after working out. I don't know if I have blown out my ear drum holding my breath or what. But they will make this noise and then my ears pop. It could be I'm blowing up my eustation tube like a balloon some how, but whatever it is, its annoying.

It's most likely just congestion/fluid in your sinuses. It happens to me too.

Holding your breath during a workout is a bad idea in general.

^I know, I'm just in a rush in the morning and I can get over zelous in my workout sometimes. slow and steady is the way, I just have to control myself I guess.
