I feel that I am F-ing up everything in life so far man. At the beginning of this month nothing but bad things have been happening to me. My car is starting to break down and I had to fix it. (Still not in up running order.) I had surgery and was not able to do things like normal. Also I think I just screw up everything for my family too. I guess I am the F-up that my family says I am. I know there are bad things going on everywhere. I just needed to get this off my chest. Just feel like everything is crashing around me again.

aww keep your head up Pete! you are not a screw up! you'd been worse off if you didnt get the surgery and didnt fix your car. you cant help those things, and dont ever think anyless of yourself bc of things outside your control. I am sure your family loves you very much.

You'd be far better served to not even think that way or else you will continue to make your life a self-fulfilling prophecy of negativity. I realize you feel you have to get this off your chest, but continuing to talk about negative things will just continue the process. Don't even go down this path and foster the positive things and you will see positivity manifest itself in numerous ways

bad things happen to the best of us, its just the times we live in. You just have to be prepared for the future. You have to take care of thing as they go, not when they break down. Maybe if you took your car in for the regular oil change they would have noticed the problem before it got to bad. Or if you pick your socks up of the floor, then you wont have a pile of dirty socks. Sometimes a little bit of upkeep in life can save you a mountain of hassle in the future. You just have to do a little bit everyday. Maybe you don't do all of it, but something is better than nothing.

Most definitely!!! Great advice. It all starts in the mind, everything else is manifested from there. I have just started reciting an affirmation that was told to me by a very spiritually enlightened individual, and all I can say is that it is starting to work. It will work if you believe.

Repeat out loud to yourself, even if just a wisper, with eyes closed for 30 minutes straight. If you can sit in the grass while doing so then it will be even better:

I am light and I am love.

I forgive myself for what I have done to myself and I love myself.

For I am strong.

If you can get past the sillyness of how it will look then also hug yourself and rock back and forth slightly while doing so. The gentle rocking brings back the sensation of being inside your mother's womb and helps to go deeper inside yourself.

I find alternating doses of booze, heroin and cocaine alleviates most of these worries. If it doesn't simply increase the dosage until it does. Also, robbing liquor stores with stolen red ferrari get away cars adds an air of excitement and risk that cannot be denied. That or stiff upper lip... get yourself centered on what matters and let the rest of that shit go.
