ME TOO! I can't stop yawning right now. All I can think of is going home and resting... but I need to ride my bike after work. *sigh*

Big lunches do that to me too though. I know if I eat a big lunch I better drink a Monster a couple of hours later to keep my energy level up.

Heavy lunches sap my energy big time. One time we had a BBQ here at work and I ate like 2 lbs. of meat. I think I actually dozed off at my desk for minute or two. Iv started drinking a tripple bag green tea at about 2-3 p.m. and that gives me some nice clean energy for the rest of the afternoone. fuck all that energy drink crap. Its funny how quickly everyone has become dependent on those things when theyv only been around a few years. The soda machine here at work has monster and now my work is fueled on it. People go nuts if the machine runs out.

ahhhh, good idea. i'm gonna try that. i rarely drink coffee or energy drinks and with me running before work and swimming or lifting after, i'm gassed all the time. and fighting through my 3pm slump every day is a bitch.. the green tea idea is great.

that's advisable but also debatable. needs break down a lot more specifically depending on the person and the way their own body works.

u know alex i gave up sugar & i lost 15 lbs. i don't really exercise either.

i go to yoga like once a month & dancing probably twice as often.

i started by slowing down on the morning sugar dose in my hot beverage.

i thought i'd die. thought i couldn't do it & now 6 months later i don't even drink sodas. not so bad after the first 2 weeks of kicking sugar like a junky.
