Last December I plumped up about 15lbs to a monster 190! (at 5'10") Then I decided that eating a $3 bag of Flammin' Hot Cheetos every few days was an unhealthy habbit. Honestly though it has been the hardest thing I have ever given up. Those fuckers are addictive. I just have a 99 cent bag every month or so now, and I am back down to my normal 175-180lbs. I've also been doing more work outside and the occasional exercise. Food is definitely the main culprit although, as previously stated, it is not the only reason for people to get obese. Shit, sometimes it's hard to pass the cookie isle in the grocery store. Them fucking Oreo's are good, yo! Usually I just eat sandwiches though. Fresh meat, fresh veggies, fresh bread, and processed cheese with mayo

My diet's not my problem. Even when I eat out I make healthy choices 99% of the time. I rarely eat fast food. I'll gourge myself on Taco Bueno once or twice a month or make a late night drunken JITBox run, but it's very sparse. Beer's my problem. Sweet, sweet beer. If I ever write my own Bible I'd dedicate most of my Psalms to this sacred, liver destroying nectar.

I tell all my friends to let me know when ive plumed up a bit..i can handle it..b.esides you know if your ass is getting fatter. I can feel if my jeans are tighter than normal fresh outta the dryer and this big ass full length mirror helps me to keep it down. besides after losing 60 lbs i'm not trying to have that shit come back on! I also need to lose more weight before i turn 30.
