If I don't eat my body crashes and I go into a hypoglycemic coma. But I am not diabetic or Hypoglycemic. I just need lots of food.

I hit 130lbs and have never been able to go above that once really. funny thing is I never loose it either.

It also makes it really hard to sleep more than 4 hours at a time... I miss my sleep.

My best friend has been extremely over weight since childhood. I'm talking, 4 or 5 years old. It was never a matter of "letting herself go". Every few months she'll get in a "mood" and lose 20 lbs or so, but it never sticks (like most of us who are trying to lose weight)

The thing is, she's one of the most confident girls I've ever met. She is very aware of her size but she freakin' OWNS it. Guys hit on her like crazy. Really, you'd be surpised. And I'm talking about HOT HOT HOT guys.

Point is, sometimes it's not a matter of letting yourself go. A lot of overweight people have been that way their entire lives...and some of them really are okay with it. So, what's it to you? If you don't want to give up your chair for the fatty, then don't.

I'm not okay with being overweight. I was morbidly obese through my teen years, then I got really skinny and have been up and down since then. I never gained all of the weight back and I've had a complete and total lifestyle change. Even when I'm heavier I still watch what I eat and try to exercise. It's really just a matter of dedication. That being said, I really don't want to be this heavy for my wedding. I've dropped about 20 lbs since February and I'm right around 225-230. If I could get down another 20 or 30 I'd be hot again lol. We'll see though. I'm in a torrid love affair with beer and food.

Truth on tha intertubes. Confidence is way sexy, and big isn't bad if you know how to work it. Judging by genetics, I'll never be skinny (as the effort to do so just isn't worthwhile), but I couldn't really give a shit.

Girls who like me, really want the ding dong, so I guess I'm doing something right. I've never considered myself to be unattractive by any means, I just don't like so much extra padding.

haha, I got a noise complaint. Apparently my 75 thousand year old stationary bike is too loud.

No more riding before work in the mornings.

I've been running more outside lately, but I can't stand the traffic in my neighborhood any time after 6am. People just stare at you and poke by while you're sitting there jogging in place trying to keep your heart rate up while waiting for them to get the fuck out of your life. It's cool in the morning though. My route takes me through a park that has a stunning view of the skyline and nobody is ever out there when I go so it's really nice.

In that case I blame her parents for giving her the opportunity to end up the way she did. If you don't let your child eat whatever they want, or use food to control them or to get what you want, or shut them up, etc, then food won't end up being a huge problem for them.. like it turned out with your best friend. When you're 4, or 5, a GOOD DIET (no matter how fat your parents are) will prevent you from ending up that way.

Of course they're okay with it. They've been like that as long as they can remember, so they never really have a "oh my god what happened to me" moment when they look into the mirror. I'm talking about the people who were once of normal weight, who let themselves go, and don't bother doing anyt thing about it. And my point was already put to shame in the first page when I realized eating is an addiction for some and no matter how fat you see yourself getting, it's really hard to drop that drug. Or, butter sammy in this case.

My question is, why does it bother you so bad? If someone wants to eat a lot, then let them. How does that affect you?

.
Food isn't a problem for her, she eats quite a bit less than I do. Budlight is her problem.
