Now I drink and party a lot and I have zero exercise. I eat what I want, but not like Golden Corral buffet shit or anything. Nothing terribly bad... nothing that great either. I only eat fast food maybe once a week. Otherwise I am eating sandwiches and chips and random hot pockets or something. But this has gone on for a while and I've gained maybe 50 pounds over the last year so yeah I am at 300 now lol.

I keep saying I am going to change some stuff... I definitely avoid beer and other little things, but I still lack an exercise routine. Occasionally I will go jog like once every 3 weeks or some shit. Its ridiculous.

I think it would help if there was someone to go do stuff like that with... I dunno.

shrug
I'd go with you if I weren't so far away! I need a workout buddy/accountability partner like crazy!!

Well I am in Mesquite if anyone is interested. Motivation here!

on a side note, I went vegetarian for the month of January just to see if I could cause a bunch of my friends do it.... I lost 10 pounds. (I've gained it back now.)

I KNOW what I need to do because I have done a lot of it before... I just can't get into it for some reason. I know I would be happier and feel better if I lost that 50 pounds again, but ugh. Not that I am depressed or anything now, but of course there were additional benefits of being 'in shape' vs fat.

Do you think if you were in a relationship you'd have more motivation to get back in shape? Do you go out on dates very often? Some people, when they're single, look their best. Then they get involved with somebody and let themselves go. Maybe it would be the opposite for you, maybe if you found somebody you really liked, you'd feel more motivated to get back to the way you were.

What is the excuse for weighing over three hundred pounds?
I'm 318. But then again, I am a former offensive lineman and have 18% body fat (up from 11% when I was playing football). I guess it sucks that being fat paid for my college and came damn close to landing me a job that lots of people envy..........

I'm not saying I'm God's gift to women, I could damn sure stand to lose some weight. But do the math and I will probably rarely in my life weigh less than 300 and the lowest I will probably hit is 285 or so. Weight isn't what determines being obese. Bodyfat % is.

On a side note, I do know what you are saying, there are some large people in this world that don't have a reason to be that way.

Oh buddy cmon you know what I meant. You are the exception to the rule, being a former offensive lineman. lol. I guess I meant 100-300+ pounds over your IDEAL weight. Not really so much, weighing 300+ pounds in general. Some people are just huge and end up weighing that much without even being obese. So I understand.

At least you can understand it to a point. There have been girls that gave me shit because all I wanted to do was gain 10-20lbs and they think I'm crazy because they wish they were my size.

Being so underweight has caused me to get sick all the time, not have a ton of energy, and I just feel like a freaking stick!

I would give anything to be 130-140lbs.

Yea being in that range, I got a little more bewb and butt action going. But if I'm not careful it will go to my stomach and theighs so, watching what I eat and exercising here and there is how I control that from happening. I also try to not let myself get depressed. When I am depressed I lose all self control and eat whatever I want to with no limitations.

remember robin, your exercising doesn't mean "waking up" to go to work.

lol. My "exercise" consists of swimming every day, and maintaining the cleanliness of the pool. bwahhah. I know that doesn't sound like a lot but scrubbing a pool is a really hard (for my standards)
