i actually go to the one in addison to work out. i go there for the racquetball. i would love to have a steady racquetball partner. i can go most evenings- usually around 8pm.

and ftr- i suck. i just go play to have fun.

Well, I have never played racquetball, so i suck as well lol. My mom used ot play a lot so I could probably borrow a racquet. Lemme talk to her and see if she has any old racquets and I'd be down probably. I need to get motivated to be more consistent to the gym anyway.

That's a really good theory, and according to Ash and Hepkat, it's a true one. I keep meaning to try to cut out all processed foods from my diet, but, I'm having a really hard time with it. I wonder if I could try it, but allow myself one day a week to eat whatever I wanted.

Merritt.....you might look into Armour Thyroid. I know that it has been around for a long time, but it is also all natural. I have been on it for a couple of weeks now and I love the change. Granted I am not obese or anywhere near being called fat. I got it prescribed because my T3 & T4 levels weren't inline and it was affecting my energy level and alertness. I certainly haven't noticed pissing anymore than normal, but I drink lots of water so pissing a lot is normal too me.

That's pretty good for Synthroid. There's a lot of stuff on the net about people loosing their hair, energy levels all over the map, weight gain, and women developing cysts.

For sure. Everyone likes me so much that no one (in their right mind) would say, "Hey, Kitty yr fucking fat." I had to see pictures before I started working out & eating right. Then I fucked it up by drinking a lot, now I have to start all over.

and yeah, super fat ppl do suck when they only talk about fat they are & do absolutely nothing about it. I was also bounced to the floor by a fat gambler this wkend & sprain my ankle. I bumped into them & the was bumped to the floor.

uhm, the problem as i see it is mis-diagnosis. if you medicate too high with synthroid you get an overactive thyroid; too low and you have the same inactivity. we took a gradual approach and leveled it out once we got the desired test reults. it was a good 6-9 month process, but it was worth it for sure...

You might very well be correct I just won't take any medication that isn't all natural versus anything that has been synthesized. My wife is currently going through the process of finding the right dosage. Its already been changed once, and we will find out again in a day or two if it has to be adjusted once more.
