I got red lights on my modem and they say its not their fault.

| Verizon doesn't have techs overseas when you call from the U.S.... in fact most of the time you will get a tech right here in Dallas. They have like two call centers here in the area I believe.

| well they probably hire people with accents, doesn't mean they are from India though as far as intelligence goes.. who knows, depends on how much they pay for the position. if they don't offer enough then they probably get trash.

| well that's pretty fucking strange since i just checked and they do have two call centers in the DFW area and they have like six others inside the U.S. why they would be sending calls to Pakistan is beyond me... oh well
