Jesus Christ Verizon is about the stupidest bunch of people I have ever seen before
For two days my internet works one minute and the next minute it doesnt work. I got red lights on my modem and they say its not their fault.

Yeah dude...Verizon sucks for internet services...but they should replace your modem for free...if not then they changed.

Verizon doesn't have techs overseas when you call from the U.S.... in fact most of the time you will get a tech right here in Dallas. They have like two call centers here in the area I believe.

well they probably hire people with accents, doesn't mean they are from India though

as far as intelligence goes.. who knows, depends on how much they pay for the position. if they don't offer enough then they probably get trash.
