fumble fingers
dammit. i just broke the lid to a vintage bottle of liquor from the 20's. the label is in german & i'm not even sure what the hell it is.

it was a gift a long time ago & i was planning to sell it. i was photographing it for a auction house in the UK and now....

#!@#!%#!!!!

i can't even drink it for another 2 weeks till i'm off these stupido meds.

i tried to blow the dust off the cap and swiped my finger over it a little too rough. grrrr.

so i found an auction house that sells that sort of thing.
i sent a transcript of the label to my friend to translate.
then i fail.

so i put some saran wrap on with rubber bands & when i am no longer sick (& i get the translation so i know wtf it is) i will have some ppl over for dinner & 100 year old drinky sampling partay.

cause the rest of the gift was super oldy liquor too, but none as unusual. lemme tell you the old stuff is STRONG. /woot

all i can read on the label is the german word for liquor and berlin lol

oh wells (at least the 80 year old benedictine didn't get ruined and the auction folks can have that one).

I am clumsy as hell too, I have fallen in the pool many a time because I was not looking where I was going, and I have bruises all over my legs from bumping into my bed.

i did get a pic of the label. i'll post it tonight. maybe someone speaks german quicker than my girl. i'm not picky with translators. i love all their talents equally
