I called to cancel and said the reason why was cause they were too expensive. The rep then offers to lower my current plan by $40 dollars. "well miss that sounds great you shoulda offered that to me without me having to call and cancel. i've already signed up with a better deal thru somebody else". Oh yea and thanks for making me pay for another month i'm not going to use. Sold sprint for 2 years and have had them for 8. Thanks for treating me like shit, ill go ahead and make sure to not recommend you anymore like I used to. FUCK OFF!

their "cancel service" negotiation is quite helpful actually. lol.
if you ever have a problem immediately tell them you're going to quit service and they'll hook you up. haha.
i've got a pretty sweet plan and several free phones from it.

I left Sprint not too long ago... went to AT&T. I was with them for nearly 10yrs and just straight up canceled. Didn't try to retain me at all. I was going to give the finger to their cancel fee, but they got me in the end. Some how I signed up for automatic payment and they got their money.

Yeah, I've gotten a couple of new phones over the past 3 years but it's still redonkulous that I have to call EVERY month for something being wrong on my bill.
