Good luck with that. I had all those things hooked up to me when I had a sleep study for sleep apnea. UNCOMFORTABLE as a mofo!!

| Master Blaster | Yeah, so far it sucks. I had to take a sponge bath this morning and it really is no substitute for a hearty shower. Did it hurt when they removed the electrodes? They pretty much super glued them to my scalp.

did it hurt, YEA. took hair and some skin off. Thanks medical world, you think you do a better job without inflicting this pain, hair, and skin loss? Would I do it again, yes. I have a cpap machine for the sleep apnea that I have. I sleep so much better now. Had too many friends tell me that it scared the shit out of them hearing me sleep, I snored like a mofo and then all the sudden would stop breathing then have a death grasp for air. My blood pressure was also effected by the sleep apnea. That shits under control now too. Its a hassle dealing with all that shit, but its your life. You dont want to fuck around with that shit. You only got one body, life is fragile. Good luck with your stuff, hope it all turns out for the good.

Most def. I have to take care of myself. I have had two concussions and busted my nose and lip all in the last year. My husband has witnessed me having convulsions during two of my seizures and he is scared to death. Luckily I have a great specialist and the meds I've been on for the past month are hopefully helping. I am a bit scared about the driving bit. I find out on Aug. 11th if I get to keep my license.

Consider yourself on the prayer list, K. You are well-read and obviously taking the steps to come to grips with the condition, so give it time and an adjustment period and things hopefully should be back to some form of normal for you.
