Australia is so expensive - Dallas Dance Music - Dallas nightlife, music, tickets, and more

God everything is fucking expensive here. That's my biggest culture shock at the moment.

Booze costs twice as much here.
A combo of Bed Head shampoo and conditioner from Toni&Guy costs $52 vs $20 for the U.S.
A Hungry Jack's combo costs AU$8 for what you essentially get is a small burger and a small drink (Hungry Jack's = Burger King)
Petrol is much more expensive here than in America (yet whiny cunts in America have the gall to bitch about what is the cheapest petrol in the developed world)
Internet is a ripoff at this complex that I'm living in - $40 a month for 512k download and 60 for 1mbps download
Hair straighteners are more expensive here
Clothes cost twice as much here

Oh, and I'm sick of meeting other Americans here. If I wanted to meet other Americans, I'd stay in America for that purpose. Fuck that noise.
