When you are scheduling a meeting in Microsoft Outlook, before you send the meeting notice, please check the "Meeting Assistant" option to ensure that MY TIME IS NOT ALREADY BLOCKED OFF.

They send the meeting, I reject it. They send another meeting notice at another time, I have to reject that one too. Now, I get a third meeting notice for more blocked time on my schedule. Highly annoying, especially for a Monday.

If I had to check everyone's schedule before I scheduled conference calls, I'd never get anything done. If they don't make it, oh well.

But I am Da Boss. You want my time, you'd better check the master calendar before you send me a meeting notice as I am very busy and important.
