I keep work PROFESSIONAL - the only thing I talk to my co-workers about is WORK - or what I did over the weekend. I don't get into my personal life. I have learned that over the years.

I was embarrassed when my ex boyfriend BEGGED to be one my company softball team then pissed me off so I had to just say, "He can't come to practice b/c he works till 9pm" when I really wanted to say, "He can not came to practice b/c he's too busy getting drunk & high & passing out."

i can't even use movies cause they are like "how do you understand them if they don't speaky Engrish?" then i have push push push the urge the roll the eyes as i smack them...push it out of my mind.

the #1 way to change the subject: ask them about children (theirs, their relatives, whatever short person is on pictured on their desktop). but that convo can go on for days DAYs i tell you.

I don't talk about person shit except to my friend that works with me. Other than that people give way too much info. I think though that after 15 years with a company everyone knows everything about you anyways, at least that's how it is here.

Yeah, I'm not telling anyone about how my wkends go past "it was fun" & "i had a blast"
