I go to the one on Royal & 75, they are really nice & have good advice on movies... But I just do blockbuster online now.

I HOPE you or Chris or you both report that shit. I mean, I know they don't get paid shit, but that doesn't mean their customer service skills have to be shit.

i have a story about that one... when i first moved here i went to that store, it was like one of my first weeks after moving in, and the next day i read in a paper that like an hour after i left there was a shooting in the parking lot. evidently someone had "stolen" someone elses parking spot and the guy pulled out a gun and shot the person. fucked up shit to have happen.

I guess.

But like I said, there are other teenagers who give the best customer service ever.

Really terrible customer service is unfuckingacceptable. Just because they're teens, or just because it's cockblusters doesn't make it okay.

I am going to be more thankful of my local blockbuster employees. They are nothing short of film junkies. while I do appreciate some small chat, they will go all in on giving you their thoughts on the film, the actors(what other roles & films they did and you should watch) the director, hell even get into nominations. Sometimes I feel like saying '"I just wanted...wanted...to see this bc I am bored." But now I will give them the 3 minutes of critiques bc thats better then a rude ass. sorry Robin.

yeah, the one by my house is pretty decent. i signed up for their rewards program so i get one free rental a month, and then on mon-wed when i rent a new one a get a blockbuster favorite for free. also after i rent 5 i get one free and i can do that twice a month. i don't rent THAT much from blockbuster but i put my mom on my account and so between the two of us, the free movies come back alot. i guess it just depends on the store you go to but i like actually going to the store as apposed to sitting in front of a computer and ordering movies.

You might want to go in and throw a satisfying cancellation fit before you cut the cards up - I didn't 'cancel' my membership or whatever they call it and randomly some bullshit fees were auto-drafted from my bank account. Took 2 months and three store trips to clear up.

And I agree on netflix ftw. It rocks, and it's like christmas every time you check the mail & they're there.

What a fucking DUMMY.
