SHe had the keys, and others were coming up to her asking for stuff. So I think she was the shift leader or manager or whatever. And I didn't want to be all "Can I see your manager" and her say "I am the manager" then me have to say "Okay then I need to speak to your GM". I wouldn't be able to walk in there again. But, doesn't look like I will be again anyway so it wouldn't have mattered. I never have balls when it comes to altercations like this. I always come up with excuses for them to act that way.

fuck that. I worked retail for 6 years in a variety of jobs with shitty pay and shitty customers and never acted like that. That does not give anyone the right to act that way to a customer. If you don't like being friendly to people get the fuck out of the service industry.

well i do find it acceptable. i could really care less if she acts that way as long as she gives me my movies.

the only time bad customer service upsets me is when you don't give me what i want. if you give me what i want but with a bad attitude then that's fine with me. it's a fucking video store, not a bank or something.
