What kind of stupid mother fucker gets fired from one job for something and goes to another job and does the exact same thing. Eventually shes gonna get it.

In the event that she doesnt get fired for her rudeness she may be spoken to by her manager.
A decent manager would speak to her about the issue, let her know that it is unacceptable and she should accept that her attitude was wrong and work on ways to resolve that.

No, actually, if she's a smart person, she'll learn a lesson and will understand that she wasn't just fired for no reason, and that if she wants to stay in retail, and doesn't want to again be fired for the same reason, she needs to start being NICE.

Maybe it will do her a favor, maybe she's not a nice person and never will be, and needs to work some place where there are no people around. And her getting reprimanded or whatever, will help her see that.

If you see a flood happening to do you just stand there and not do anything too? If there's a problem, you DO SOMETHING. If you don't, it just gets worse.

this is all true and that may be what happens. not likely though.

maybe she's just having a bad day and you get her fired and she gets resentful and becomes a jaded mess of a person who starts hating everyone.

also, what does it do for you? you get to have a degraded idea of what people are like based on one person's bad day. if you are kind to her then you also improve yourself as well as doing something for that person.

fuck that. their business is based on customer service, and it's a dying business anyway. i doubt corporate would enjoy hearing about a customer being treated like dirt at one of their stores.

go over store management's heads and both email and phone in a complaint to corporate hq. they'll reprimand the manager, who will in turn reprimand the employee. otherwise you know the manager probably wouldn't do shit about it.
