Infected Wound!
I cut my shoulder on a piece of scrap metal in my storage room. It hurts really bad and looks kind of crusty and infected. I mean, it HURTS like a bitch. Should I get a tetanus shot?yes?not?

Did I mention it hurts and looks really gross?

if you're serious get your ass to the doctor - he'll give you a quick tetanus shot in the arm and short anti-biotics course. Its probably a mild staph infection and its easily treated but a mess.
