TWC was supposed to come yesterday between 5-8pm to transfer my cable/internet to my new crib. Get a call at 7pm telling me that they will be out today between 5-8. After I tried to explain that there was some sort of misscommunication, the lady turned on the bitch. I asked to speak with her supervisor, at which point she told me the supervisor wasn't there. I finally turned on the bitch right back and asked to speak to any supervisor that happened to work there because someone has to be in charge. I got to sit on hold for 45 minutes listening to Nickleback, while waiting on my boyfriends phone for the corporate offices to pick up so I could unleash my fury which at this point was a cat3. It was so late, that I had no other choice but to wait for today, although I did get them to committ to a much earlier time. Sooooooo the mumbling cable guy just showed up, my cable still isn't hooked up, i can't understand a word he says, I need a new modem seeing as I left mine at the old crib by accident, ask him about it, can't understand him still. Call TWC figure out that shit, and while on phone hear cable guy start up truck and look out the window to see him peel the f outa here. I think the guys on meth seeing as he was slurring his damn words, he tripped up my stoop, and was missing some front fangs. My rage is at apocolyptic levels now. On phone with TWC now listening to Good Charlotte, grinding my teeth, and typing on someones unsecured network. This may give me diarhea. BOO!

Man good luck, Tim and I did everything we could possibly think of to get our shit back up and running after a transformer blew behind our house. We called and spoke with regular employees, managers, the corporate office. We were nice, mean, and everything in between. It got us nowhere for the first time in my life. My mom taught me to always work your way up in cases like these but it doesn't work with Time Warner.

I say to anyone with Tim Warner to switch to something else because even if you win one battle, the next time something happens you will be fucked all over again. Not worth your time. I have never been treated so poorly, with such lack of respect for a paying customer, in my life. Worst customer service EVER.

Oh and on top of that their cable guys are contracted out. 2 guys showed up once to "repair" the cable while I was home alone that actually made me afraid to be there by myself. Sean Sparks happened to be walking by and when he saw them he decided to come hang out with me until they were gone.

They even offered to set our cable up on the side without Time Warner for $200, then took one of the cable boxes we returned but didn't report it as returned and TW tried to charge us for it.

TWC really grinds my gears, although the meth dude did come back with a new modem for me, I don't know what that means since 2 seconds before he told me he didn't have one. YEah the guys can be beyond creepy, missing teeth and staring at your boobs. eek

I just got a check back from Time Warner I never had a problem with them.
