hepkatmama is right... I have been up there far more hours than I have been on the phone with them. I have spent all day up there at times, literally open to close. As I said... I haven't posted all of the details... You guys are assuming a whole hell lot. I think the lawyer's expenses are worth it when quite possibly my other choice will be filing a police report, making an insurance claim for a 2 year old vehicle that I cannot retrieve despite all efforts, and having to pay out the remainder of a note for a car I never really even got to drive and walking away without any further fight. Thank you .kt for not just assuming I'm a livid idiot like the majority of the folks on the interweb at large... Your PM was a shining beacon in all of the stuff that I had already known or considered some time ago.

have you considered contacting a local news agency? sometimes they are looking for stories about the public getting screwed over by businesses. they might sympathize with you and help get the situation exposed.

Similar situation here. I've stated on multiple times that I haven't posted each and every detail. Not only is it a bad idea, but its a month worth of info long so nobody would read it through anyway. I've gotten 3 good leads, 1 maybe alternative, and a bunch of chatter that underestimates my common sense on dealing with the issue.
