I've been acting extremely crazy the past week.

I can't wait for things to settle down & I regular & become normal again. I've got so much pent up frustration that I could catch on fire. But I'll just break things instead.

*goes back to hitting cars in the parking lot with my tire iron*

Uh Kitty. You need to take up running. If you wore yourself out running 5 miles you wouldn't have all this pent energy.

Karen is right. Whenever I have a stressful day at work, i go to the gym and feel a bazillion times better afterwards.

excercise or just a long walk can cure a lot of things. i always go to this place near my house that is a 5 square mile natural area. looks just as it did before greenville ave and royal were ever there. sometimes you can get deep in the woods and its not like you are in the city anymore.
