 | Strep Throat
I haz it. On top of that, I have to go to school cause my mentor is out, and there is a really important lesson planned today that a sub cant handle. I had a fever, body ache, and a ridiculously swollen throat... Would you want me teaching your kids today? Too bad I dont have a choice... /screams, takes dayquil, tylenol and sucks a cepacol The only thing that helps the pain (body ache, throat) is the prescribed hydrocodone, but there is no way Im gonna be all whacked out in class. *sigh*

They did... Ive only taken 2 doses... They do have a sub, but Im the student teacher, and the sub would be ineffective at teaching todays lessons, for regulars and honors classes...

Doc said I wasnt so contagious if I hadnt had a fever for at least 12 hours... So I think I might be okay... I just hate being an unenthusiatic teacher cause I dont feel good... Its unlike me.

Ya have to teach K-12 before they consider you at the collegiate level... I love these kids, but thats my ultimate goal...
